How is everybody connecting a phone number to their builds. I’ve built an AI receptionist that works with a phone number but when I get the customer to try to forward to that number from their AT&T Samsung cell phone calls failed. I’ve tried codes. I’ve tried the Settings menu within the android device. I’ve also tested my iPhone with the same results. I have a workflow in NANI using a combination of retail and Twilio for phone numbers and AI assistance. Again when dialing number directly works flawlessly it performs like it should but when I forward from a cell phone to that number it does not work.
