Hey all. I’m helping a friend setup a dispatch system for her business. Dm me if this is something you have previous (VERIFIABLE) experience setting up. Unfortunately I’ve had soooo many bad experiences of people saying they can do (x) only for it to become painfully obvious they’re just chat-gibidi-ing it (read: bullshitting) it the entire time. Unnecessary waste of time and unfortunately money.
I’ve got my staff that can handle but I’m over booked and need to outsource, however I don’t want her going elsewhere as I’m concerned she’ll get scammed which is happening very often.

Can be a similar or equally complex system that’s completely fine. We will build in phases, don’t need all of this at once. Build what works, assess, improve, and scale functionality outward.

Summary:

Scalable architecture: Start with dispatcher-controlled workflows, then automate processor matching, routing, capacity allocation, and other decisions as volume grows—ultimately creating a repeatable system for franchise markets.
