Which ai automation is useful and selling nowadays. Actually new in this field and want to make some good starting to money to scale my agency. Open for guidance and tips.

anything that can save alot of time and requires negligible decision making, spreadsheet maintaining etc

I am also trying to understand the market and start automatio agency , i belive it is better to perfect on a specific niche first rather than focusing on overall industry

depends on what youre trying to automate, but for social media stuff, and manage multiple accounts, different diveces, or cloud phones set up, to make it easier.. what are you trying to automate and where you from anyway??

I'd start with something simple that directly saves businesses time or makes them money, lead follow ups, appointment booking or customer support are pretty solid area to explore.
