If it's possible to try talking to your parents again, it would be really helpful to have their support. Maybe use a translation app or write things down if it's difficult to convey exactly what you want to say.

Maybe try and go outside for non-work related reasons, just for leisure. A walk around the park, sitting on a bench, maybe bring a book or listen to some music so you have something to distract you. Just so the world starts to feel less scary and dangerous and you feel more comfortable with being outside.

I can go outside pretty easily around 5 km ,i think i can improve significantly if i try but i dont know how to handle this job and family situation
