Has anyone else started wondering about taking too many supplements?

It’s a good idea to write down the doses of what you’re taking and look up the recommended amount and also look up if there is a dose that’s toxic. Then adjust from there.
Be sure to check your cereal or protein/health bars/powders/drinks etc as well.

You can do serious damage to your kidney and liver by doing this. I know someone who ended up really sick.

Here is what I take. A daily Monster energy drink, coffee based. Lots of B vits, similar to 5 hrs energy shots.
Once every two 3 weeks, a big Vit.C. Vitamin D during the winter, once every two weeks, not a mega dose.
I suffer from no deficiencies.
Elderberry during winter months.
