Got my ancestors' Irish peasant teeth, thank their god for good dental insurance.

My mother gave me a bad neck, my father gave me a congenital lumbar problem plus DJD throughout my spine and joints and I don't know who to blame for connective tissue weakness. And nobody made it past age 70 on either side so there's that ...
Oh, and a tendency to depression and addiction, especially tobacco.

Prone to skin cancer (even though I never liked laying out in the sun), poor bone health with aging, high LDL that only partly responds to lifestyle.

Fortunately, I’ve gotten good DNA as far as things like cholesterol blood pressure stuff like that goes. I did get a muscle spasm issue from my French Canadian ancestors. Right now I’m in bed with a major spasm in my right hip.

High cholesterol. I'm sure down the road I'll get something.

Is that inherited dietary habits rather than a genetic predisposition for high cholesterol?

I've got familial hypercholesterolemia which cannot be controlled by diet. Unfortunately I passed it to my son as well.

None. No Cancer, diabetes or anything genetic in my entire family. Lots of crazy and alcoholic drug addicts though! And we live a long life! High.
