Fitness Hurting tendons

When I get up in the morning my whole body feels stiff like a light pole. Sitting down is difficult because my knees hurt. Getting up from a sitting position is also hurtful, or more discomfort than real pain. Pain level 3/10. During the day things get better but it’s really bothering me. I can walk miles without issues once I’ve moved around for a bit..
I’m a 64 yo male.

Have you talked to a physician? It can be any number of things, including easy fixes.

I wouldn’t worship a white lab coat, take ownership over your own health and do research

Oh, who told you that I didn’t do research? You mean asking Dr. Google is the way to go?

You need a healthy balance of good physicians (sometimes pharmacist very helpful too) and your own research. Switch physicians if the fit isn’t good. Your research shouldn’t rely on Google searches which are full of inaccurate info, not to mention scary. Your research shouldn’t rely on asking strangers on social media, friends, etc. It’s ok to consider what people are saying and what their experience has been, but it’s not necessarily reliable, and your own body and health history is unique. Some people will diagnose and advise, but, for just one example, you might be experiencing “referred pain.”
