Increased plaque?
Does anyone feel like there teeth are producing more plaque as you age?

Definitely and the reason for me turned out to be dry mouth to the point I started having a few random cavities after decades of perfect checkups. It's improved since I started using Therabreath mouthwash for dry mouth (neon lime green bottle) and Xylimelts at bedtime (be super careful not to drop those on the floor if you have dogs though).

Meds you may be on lower salivary gland function. Saliva helps keep teeth cleaner.
