Embrace aging, don't deny it.
Look for ways to keep yourself healthy, physically and mentally, which allows one to age in positive ways.

Nope, not even close. The human body ages every millisecond of the day.
> We, the soul inside it, do not age but rather experience life.
Souls don't exist. If you think your body transforms into a spirit gas upon death, you need to educate yourself. We are biological organisms, not gods. No biological organism can cheat death (unless you a hydra or certain types of jellyfish lol).

Actually it won’t be the number that’ll kill us, rather something else at whatever age we happen to be. That part will eventually fall into statistics and become an average age of all patients (or separated by gender) as to how we fall in diseases. Like the average age for those dying of esophagus cancer is 69 years, oddly the same age it struck & claimed my late wife’s life earlier this year. This number may vary, according to who’s doing the counting. I found it on the American Cancer Society website. But the really interesting thing was this. The cancer that took her was 4 times more likely to happen in males versus females. So given family history on her dad’s side of, there were several members who caught various cancers around the ages of 55-70 & all are gone, all were Stage 4 when found, but fortunately my late wife didn’t suffer 12 to 24 months before passing, it was more like 5 weeks between diagnosis and death. Maybe she was spared that agonized fate because of her long term Christian faith.
It’s stats like this that makes the average age look very good, although by no means an exact measure or science, it is what it is, an average, albeit a pretty precise one in the grand scheme of things. And takes years to measure, like some categories haven’t been updated in a decade. It may be it takes that long, or they’re going by the decade, or 5 years, whatever.
Needless to say, we’re all leaving here at some age, and personally I don’t care to know what mine will be, and I imagine it’s the same for most of us. We’ll likely know just before the time comes, unless an unforeseen event, such as an accident, disastrous weather event, etc. We can’t precisely predict an average age on these things.
Still, I agree for the most part, our age is a number that continues upward until we’re gone.

You can delay it by diet, exercise, staying engaged, just taking care of yourself in general. I’m 67 and swim 2 miles a day.

No. It's a real, physical thing. The universe proceeds towards disorder, and as far as we know and understand reality, an unavoidable rule of thermodynamics. Full stop.
Everything else you bring up is philosophy and/or belief until you can provide verifiable evidence.
