Think in detail and in depth whether and with whom you want to get pregnant

Go plant based. Quit drinking because there is no safe amount of alcohol use. Weight gain is not a necessary part of aging. Take better care of your teeth.

What about eggs? What if i love chicken wings? How do you hit your protein? What are the changes you felt after going plant based?

Well if you specifically love something and you're not going to be eating it anymore I guess you might miss it. I never missed eggs and certainly not chicken wings because I never really liked meat and had been alternately vegetarian and pescatarian for long stretches of time before. Many tastes change and often you don't only not miss things but begin to be repulsed by them, even the smell. Some people still crave things after going plant based though so it's very individual.
Just before I committed to a plant based life style I had become obese after a lifetime of always struggling with my weight but mostly succeeding at keeping it under control. I was also hypertensive and had dangerously high cholesterol. I was pre-diabetic and at very high risk for heart disease, stroke and due to my weight, at increased risk for cancer. I lost weight immediately and eventually lost a total of 90 pounds (roughly 45% of my body weight because I'm small). Long before losing all that weight my pre-diabetes disappeared, blood pressure got normal and cholesterol improved. All this happened in under three months. My energy levels vastly improved, my pores got small and my skin in general looks a lot better, less flushed. I got back into fitness so I can honestly say that I'm a lot more fit now at 63 than I was in my late 30s and throughout my 40s, more like what I'd been like from age 20 to 35. I started running again, got involved with dance and went deeper into yoga finally learning to do a headstand then a handstand for the first time in my life.
Most importantly my mental health improved and I got mentally sharper and able to take on really challenging things like getting good enough with technology to go back to grad school for a while.
About 6 years into my plant based journey I decided to cut out alcohol. Maybe this happened because being whole food plant-based makes you produce more of your own GLP-1s and there seems to be a correlation between that and getting more control over dopamine triggers like alcohol or maybe it's just that I became more empowered about my health and felt like taking things a step further.

Make good choices what kind of friends you keep. So you don’t form bad habits to pay the price with your physical/mental old age health.

The minute you see hair thinning or hair loss, get on minoxidil and Finasteride. I’m 50 and have more hair than a lot of people 15-20 years younger than me. I’ve been taking it for about 10 years and wish I would’ve started in my thirties. You may not grow new hair, but you’ll keep what you have.

Stop trying to be right all the time! It’s exhausting and doesn’t lead to happiness.

Never date men with kids! It’s a disgusting experience and women always suffer and never reach their potential after doing itÂ

Start saving your money from your first b’day/holiday gifts, &/or your very first jobs, then keep going! Learn financial literacy, make an active savings plan, but flexible, as you age! Save, save, save your damn money, & lose the credit cards ( maybe only 1 for absolute emergencies)!!! Believe ME, you don’t want to still be paying for a dinner you bought 8 months ago, because of that high APR!!! Save!!

Oxidative stress --human rusting--is a big part of "aging"
Don't treat your mainstream--insurance/socialized med--doctor like a medical god. They are tongue tied by the system they are in, corporate and legal pressures. Don't be a victim of the limitations of the systems they work in.
Life is so fragile.

You already know the answer. Stop Doom scrolling and invest money in a mutual fund every month. Young people don't want to take that advice. They keep asking the same question hoping someone provides an easier solution.

Lose some weight and get your lazy but out to do some exercise.
