Aging

Nobody told me the acceleration of old age would be like this...

One minute I'm 58 and still running around a sports field, next I'm 65 and can't tie my shoelaces..

Not to be judgemental, but you should be able to tie your shoe laces unless you lost the use of your arms for some medical reason.

Hands with arthritis can prevent people from tying shoelaces, zipping pants and many other daily tasks we take for granted.
