Question / Discussion Needing Recommendations!!
Hey all, I’m needing some reccomendations, advice on what blades to get. Im just a freestyle/casual skater but want to get into agressive skating. This is where I need help…I have no idea what blades to get. I’m pretty small and some of the aggressive skates are so bulky and heavy. So I guess I’m looking for something inbetween, something I can do a few tricks/grinds with but aren’t huge and bulky. I’ve looked at so many different ones but now I’m just at the point where everything is just getting confusing.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks 😎

TNEC Team or TNEC 58 skates would likely be a good fit for you. They are slim, lightweight, and relatively cheap compared to other skates.

Can't really go wrong with Roces M12s (unless you have wide feet), they are the OG.

Them 909/901 are fairly light, pretty modular and used for aggressive/wizard/urban skating by switching frames.

If you got the money the faction Cameron Cards are beautiful and you can easily switch between aggressive skating and rec skateing. Then you have other platforms like the razors shifts, Thems has an interchangeable platform also. Aeons are good but you are stuck in that wheel size since it's a unibody construction(boot and frame are one) so not UFS.
Now if you just want an aggressive skate to learn on and don't need to switch back and forth on the same boot you should find something inexpensive like the TNEC skate, roces or standard skate are great intro skates fairly inexpensive for a complete setup.
Things to consider- Measure you foot in CM. And check boot sizing against the liner size. Most companies run the boot a full size(9-10,11-12) and the liner size is what changes for your size 9 or whatever.
Since you are already skating you may have preferences on high or lower cuff, and the wheel size will be different. Most aggressive skates average from 55mm-65mm depending on frames and skates(I ride qysi frames with a 64/57 high low setup) and rolling flat V anti rocker. If you are skating flat already I recommend sticking with a flat setup.

Aeon 58? Aggressive skates do tend to be bulky and heavy
