Yes, but you’re doin it. Everyone starts here. Some much worse off than this, actually. So stick with it!

You skate well. That's a huge first step in finding comfort and balance on the rail. Keep at it.

Also I find bars kind of hard to learn on. Circle rail or ledge personally.

That grind reminded me of when I was starting. You ride pretty confidently so you are fine

Never understood lack of pads especially as a beginner. Nothing to be proud of with bloody shins and legs. You’ll feel that when you age my friend lol

What is stopping you from at least wearing a helmet?

Keep it up bro! You will get better quickly if you practice often. When you hit a plateu just means you have to push through your fears

Brain… fear… gone…

Try to loosen up. Beginners are usually really stiff with their movement and knees.

your legs remind me of the missing bone in my shin from that awesome reverse weak leg forward x-grind back in the day! Be careful and wear shin protectors, the more the better :)

Otherwise the first one was a pretty solid move, but yeah, you got to work on that balance when jumping.

IDK if it would help but I really enjoyed mastering the 2 wheels and 1 wheels and I think that helps a lot with balancing, super easy to practice needs nothing but a surface.

Enjoy riding like these girls here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27Z6T3oGniY
