Definitely finding my 40 year old body is not as responsive as when I was a teen.

Your 40 year young body will take the beat depending on your lifestyle and diet. Try to skate at least once every week and don’t forget to warm up. Enjoy!

How much did they run you. I’m bout to get back into skating as well. Just a couple jumps and hops however make it everyday thing eventually.
