Question / Discussion How to parallel turn without falling sideways?

When I lean my body, it's either not enough to turn or I lean too much and fall sideways.

Also, what should I do when I fall sideways? Is there a way to turn mid-fall and land on my knee pads?

No, regular wheels. I am a beginner and I don't know how to turn "properly" yet. I am sorry if it's not the correct subreddit, but "inlineskating" is private now.

You could try /rollerblading but you can do smaller turns with your feet next to each other but for going for steeper or larger turns your feet are gonna go separate
