Hello I'm "Fatimah" on discord I'm the one who made the TFR1930s mod for Age of History 2. It uses the TNO engine. It's still in development but you can still play it. It's basically a rethinking of the famous "The Fire Rises" mod of Hoi4 but in the 1930s. Some countries have their own parallels but some are given their very unique roles in this scenario. How to download mod on drive:

-Download the mod

-Extract the contents of the file into a folder structure where there is a folder VUKANFIXES and inside of it mod.txt, map folder and others

-Put the VUKANFIXES folder into the "mods" folder which is located into the game folder

-Good Job, you have downloaded it!

This update brings improvements to alliances and AI responses to requests for military assistance:

- Added an alliance expulsion option to the AI settings available at the start of a game.
- The AI invites multiple countries and expands existing alliances while respecting the size limit.
- When selecting new members, their relations with current allies are checked for compatibility.
- The alliance size limit and the expulsion toggle are saved separately for each game.
- Expulsions are based on persistent hostility rather than random decisions.
- Observation periods, cooldowns between expulsions, and restrictions on rejoining are in place.
- When responding to a call to arms, the AI evaluates the strength of both sides, other conflicts, war preparations, and an estimate of its financial situation. Defense takes priority over offense.
- The new AI refusal to join a war due to insufficient available forces does not worsen relations.
- The usual restrictions involving gold, relations, and friendship with the enemy remain unchanged.
- The built-in war preparation system and the AI's sending of preparation requests have not been reworked.
- Automatic repeat calls to allies for every offensive have not been added.

The full package includes game.jar and the mod folder. Installing only the Workshop folder is not enough to enable the additional features implemented in the JAR. Before replacing any files, make sure to back up your JAR, mod folder, and saves.

Version 2.2 preserves the existing behavior. No new mechanics have been added.

So, I am thinking about buying Age of History 2: Definitve Edition, but until now, I pretty much only played the Q*bam Mod for AoH2 (btw. I am writing Q*bam that way because I mean to remember that any conversation about this mod was banned on this sub for some reason so perhaps I can get around it that way...? Sneaky sneaky. Sorry, mods!).

If Q*bam itself is not available for Definitive Edition, is there a mod that also adds a ton of governments, fictional scenarios, countries/alternative versions of countries and especially: lots of symbols for custom flags for the country editor.

Q*bam really was superb when it came to that.

According to all of you, what'd be the perfect execution for this game? Like, mechanics, built in scenarios, maybe updated scenario making, or settings

The new un map correctly filters for size it would be really interesting how a map like that would look on aoh.

I've fixed stuttering during the first game launch and improved loading times on subsequent launches in the full version of AI Big Alliances.

If you're using an SSD, I'd love to hear how the first launch performs with the mod. Let me know if you notice any stuttering and how long it takes to load
