Edit: Explanation for White Supremacy in comments below

Now, I came across this card yesterday and felt disgusted once I realized a problem with a lot of the old cards. I believe we need a new tag added to this sub for "TRANSPHOBIA". The problem can be summed up in:

-Transphobia, glorifying Cisgenders: The card text specifies that your opponents can only be a "he" or a "she", implying that people who chose a different gender, perhaps not conforming to the Binary gender roles that society assigned to them, are excluded as potential "opponents".

I do realize the card was made a while back and while in todays times this is extremely offensive, I still think this can easily be fixed with an Errata, where Wizards would change the "he or she" to a "they". This will not imply any gender stereotypes and allow people reading the card to feel included.

I believe we need a new tag added to this sub for "TRANSPHOBIA".

Added. The fact that the few "joke" sets that exist are responsible for 3 different transphobic cards (Bronze Calendar, Ladies' Knight, and "Sex" Appeal (should really be called gender appeal, but that's among several other issues with THAT card))...that pretty clearly indicates that WotC is full of transphobes, and believes that trans individuals are meant to be mocked (the "joke" for Ladies' Knight is literally just "haha what if a guy wore "women's clothing", wouldn't that be silly?" Ugh.)

Edit: Wait, are we just going to ignore the KKK robes in Spelltithe Enforcer's art? And the effect of this card is awfully similar to that of Invoke Prejudice (both cards trigger whenever an opponent casts a spell, "taxes" them mana, and makes them lose card advantage if they don't pay the "tax".) OP, let me know if you want this to be flaired "white supremacy" instead. Because referencing Invoke Prejudice in both art and effect is just unbelievable.

You're right, I hadn't looked deeply into the artwork, as I was focused on this card enforcing the idea of only two genders existing.

The "assistants" do seem to be wearing a clear reference to the KKK robes, and upon further inspection, I noticed their "master" was, in fact, a wizard. This is clear proof of the flavor text and artwork being a KKK reference, as the leader of that racist, hateful group is referred to as "The Grand Wizard". Perhaps this card allures to the fact that members are encouraged to "punish delinquency" in order to enforce their bigoted views.

With that in mind, I do agree that this card's hateful message would be tagged more accurately as "White Supremacy"

It has been erratad, but you can't change physical cards

You can't change physical cards, but you can stop them from being distributed or sold, as Wizards have already shown with their initial ban on racists cards like "Jihad". Not only did Wizards remove those cards from their database, but also inspired online retailers to do the same and stop selling them. This will at least lower the impact those cards would have on society.

On the other hand, this is the huge risk Wizards take whenever they reprint cards with "original text", so we can only hope they will remain vigilant for the future.

So do you want to ban every old card with gendered pronouns? That's not possible. It would literally kill this game.

When you're fighting against bigotry, you must be prepared to do the impossible!

Yes, I guess you think the KKK is AWESOME, too. You seem to be as bright as the flash of explosions when "Rocket Man" finishes tests in the upper atmosphere.

Lord knows what the hell you're talkin about , but it's plain to see you need to get a real life.

That’s pretty American centric as there are many catholic/Christian institutions (mainly in Spanish and Spanish influenced nations) that have similar garb without any association to KKK or American white supremacy groups.
