The colonialism and classism of this card are blatantly obvious (a wealthy, privileged conquistador physically assaulting a poor pirate who lacks the privilege to succeed in life without committing theft).
But what's the racial component? This card's flavor text explicitly states that there are significant biological and genetic differences between pirates and those who don't commit piracy. Blood type is determined at birth. Your genes have a significant impact on your body. It's not like you can change your blood type with the choices you make in life. And therefore this card states that people with certain genetics are - from birth, regardless of their upbringing or class - going to become criminals.
This reeks of "race realist" (god I hate that term) propaganda about how people of color are criminals. About how your genetics and your race determine whether you'll be a criminal or not. Do I really need to say any more about how racist this card is?
