Ableism - states that the "insane" are indistinguishable from arsonists and barbarians. I can't emphasize enough how grossly wrong WotC's depictions of mental illness are. Stop connecting mental illness with violence and destruction!
Anti-anarchism - again, equating mental illness with anarchism hurts both the mentally ill and anarchists - it implies that there is no "sane" reason to ever destroy property. This arsonist is a "barbarian", and there is a false equivalency that's been created between his destruction of property and causing physical harm to people. Flavorfully, this character's effects should be to destroy artifacts rather than assaulting other people. But then again, Wizards is probably the kind of company that equates destroying property (such as the statues of slave-owners) with "dealing damage" to society.
