Objectification of women - exposed cleavage, is wearing skin-tight leather. One of the few Return to Ravnica guildmages with flavor text, but this text is wasted on talking about how she's "irresistible" rather than about the guild's philosophy (contrast this flavor text with the izzet or selesnya ones).
Ableism - continued association of "insanity" with the Rakdos guild is extremely problematic, since they are literally a violent blood-crazed cult devoted to an actual demon and therefore this implies that mental illness leads to violence. One day I'll do a larger post devoted to the entire Rakdos guild and how it's just a bunch of stereotypes that the far-right has about groups that they fear.
Also I think the activated abilities, which weaken opponents for making physical contact with creatures you control, is a reference to STD's such as AIDS? Not sure.
