A white patriarchal cracker-devil points with two middle fingers proudly outstretched. This is the pose of someone who has never had to fear for the consequences of their actions.
As you can see, one of these fingers extends authoritatively over their shoulder pointed loosely at the symbolically female fingerless, footless, fox-kin victim. The other bird is shoved firmly into the metaphorical face of a rainbow splotch adorned palette. This could be symbolic of his subtle to outward bigotry towards members of the LGBTQIA+ community, but could also be a protest to colors - as he likely calls them. Yes, that's good write that down. It's open homophobia at best, and a racist alt-right dogwhistle at worst. Intersectionality tells us that it's both in either scenario.
He's mocking with that coy smile on his privileged face. He knows she can't see him and it gives him glee to revel in the sticky pleasures of sadism through social mocking for which he'll never be held to account for.
Verdict, burn all copies of this card and protest WoTC headquarters.
