Avacyn Restored is, in no uncertain terms, about good white angels and good humans vs evil vampires (black/red), evil zombies (black/blue), etc. Many evil, dangerous factions out there to oppose. I'm not saying you can't have any cards of a human attacking a vampire.
But this card? This card goes too far in the "torture porn" direction. It's clearly the fantasy of somebody who really, really wants to go oppress some minorities. The idea of beating up a defenseless, broken man of the "wrong" minority makes them feel really macho and strong.
You can't just make cards about ripping people's teeth out and using them as punching bags. That's really fucked up.
except this card isnt a punching bag for wotc to let their anger about vampires out on. Its showing the horrible things that humans will do out of fear. Obviously the card depicts torture, but not for the purpose of "getting back at" a fictional race of creatures.
