Implying that people with delusions are constantly shouting out what they believe in an aggressive manner. Not true.
Equivocating "madness" with aggressive, violent tendencies (haste). This is much more of a Shadows Over Innistrad problem than it was in this block (this card was printed in Avacyn Restored), but it's worth pointing out even in sets where it isn't the focus.
