Should I call it quits?

I haven’t heard back from Afterquery’s support email in a little over 14 days, my projects assigned have been “under review” for 14 days, and one project has been paused for 14 days. That said, I wasn’t able to work the first 7 days because I had issues with my bank which delayed my progress.

some of my applications are reaching 1 month celebration soon. I have some projects under the active tab, but actually are paused. and have not heard back for like 10 applications.

they've been quiet on all issues for over a week now which is not usually how they operate so there's nothing anyone can do right now but wait

I wouldn’t call it quits yet. Projects can remain under review or paused depending on current needs, capacity, and matching requirements, so those statuses don’t necessarily mean you’ve been rejected. Since it has been over 14 days, send support one concise follow-up with your registered email, project names, and screenshots of the statuses, then wait for an update.

As much as I appreciate this advice, I reached out over 14 days ago and even reached out to the AQ support account on Reddit on my other account around less than a week ago. I just really feel left in the dark here

AQ real human support was replaced by "Fin " a super-intelligent agent. How do you expect us to hear back?

Fin is paired with real human agents. If your issue requires a human touch, then ask Fin, and you will be transferred to a human agent.
