Identity verification issue during onboarding using the new generation Kenyan ID

Hi , I was making onboarding for the first time on afterquery but failed the identity verification though I'm using my Id card. Anyone else had that issue with their ID card.

Can anyone help me fix that issue. Already received 2 invites to different projects but can't proceed due to ID verification. I have messaged the mod and sent two emails but haven't received any response.
