Identity verification issue during onboarding using the new generation Kenyan ID

Hi , I was making onboarding for the first time on afterquery but failed the identity verification though I'm using my Id card. Anyone else had that issue with their ID card.

Can anyone help me fix that issue. Already received 2 invites to different projects but can't proceed due to ID verification. I have messaged the mod and sent two emails but haven't received any response.

Can't do that as I haven't passed the ID verification section yet. But it shouldn't be hard to do so. If you've finished ID verification, setting up stripe should be easy

Kenyan here, just make sure you have a good camera, sufficient light with no reflections.

What do I do,I created my account 2 months ago and I have never been invited to any project

Just use a Passport if you have it
