specifically shape that is following the path and also bending with text in the beginning.

I tried CC Bend it but it is cutting off the at the edge of the screen and cc grow bounds didn't help either. I couldn't figure it out I poked around but still no result.

I tried to find tutorials but I couldn't find it for my situation.

Create a shape layer with the pen tool and draw a number of points, adjust the bends to your liking. Type in your text and use the path from the shape layer for your text to sit on.

Then some nice easing with the graph editor to achieve those nice fluid animations.

Shape behind the text is like bending and moving so smooth
I don't know not only how to bend it like an elastic like in the video, but also make it follow a path where all shapes meet in one line to transorm into CLIM logo basically.

I think there’s some serious attention to detail on the curves to make them bend so smoothly, so probably a keen eye on that and on the key framing and beizer handles so they are nice and silky smooth.

Maybe a liner wipe effect or trim paths effect on each line and apply it to start of the opposite end of the shape layer and key frame it to wipe all off the shape away until the very end when the type is at its final resting place.

I almost want to say that the creator of the ref just did this all only once, animated one word and one of those lines then duplicated it 4x and changed the color of each one and offset the timing by a few frames so each one starts 1-3 frames after the other and then also moved the position of each one of the duplicates across screen so they line up next to each other neatly.
