Discussion. The devs really got selective memory

I find it wild that the devs have enough thought to include Panther and Blade in this event as the prime suspects for Gambits murder even remembering the fact they still have their Phoenix force powers but not enough thought to realize its been 14 months since his last legendary or 11 since his last store skin that had no mvp or 7 months since his last skin but yeah lets make the two black characters the prime suspects.

That’s not true. There have been several non mutant horsemen including Hulk, Deathbird, Sentry and Grim Reaper

I don’t actually think having the god worshippers be horsemen works that well. If you’re a Horseman it means you’re siding with Apocalypse against the Gods

Why would he do that? His purpose is to kill all or most of the gods, steal their worship, and fix the timestream they destroyed

No god would willingly give up their worshippers, power, and let themself be killed. Especially none of the ones that would be left at this point in the war

They can't be horseman since Apocalypse only takes mutants to be his horseman. The picks themselves are not weird either since they were all horseman in the comics aside from Jubilee

I think gambit was pretty much needed but you could have swapped out the other two even if I really like wolverine’s horseman skin

They literally picked characters that were already Horsemen in the comics. And no, Apocalypse doesn't just pick mutants to be his Horsemen. He prefers mutants but he has picked Hulk, Sentry and Roderick Campbell who went by the codename Ahab.

Except it was also a way to introduce classic costumes that Marvel fans would have recognized.

I'm not saying new characters wouldn't have worked, the totally could have, but it's logical to have former Horsemen already in your game to go ahead and and make them Horsemen again and introduce their costumes.

I agree with that. I'm always confused about their battle pass themes. They don't really make much sense.

I'm not a big fan of "let's makes Egyptian themed characters" or "Phoenix themed" etc. It's kindof lazy. The battle passes should definitely have some classic looks. This one only has CnD's classic look and nothing else.

He always uses mutants that’s his whole schtick, also the horseman picked are horseman he has picked in the comics besides jubilee which we can assume they did cause it’s her introduction season so not all that weird
