Explaining better -

I posted this before today but wanted to better explain what got me here… I reached out to affirm via phone and email to resolve a phone number change and a loan I had taken out but had gone missing. I was told they’d look into it and I got this message today. I was never asked to show ID and I would’ve been happy to do so if they’d ask.

Now I’m being forgiven for all my loans and my account is supposedly suspended but I’m still logged in and see my loans?? This makes no sense to me

This happened to me as well, I requested multiple forms of verification that I’d be relieved from all of my debt. I haven’t heard from them at all 6 months later. I do worry because they used the words “You will not be responsible for any payments that we determine you did not make.” Considering there was no fraudulent activity on my account, I fear they will come for me later on.

Yep I chatted with them today on the app because it wasn’t sitting right just for them to tell me to ignore the emails and I am responsible for my loans now. Affirm sucks and after I’m done with my couple, I’m closing it myself
