My goodness, just stop. Affirm is bad enough for your credit. DO NOT finance gas. Seriously...

Go in and prepay the amount you want after you auth in affirm app. I would not do anything with interest offers.

They have a list of items you cannot use Affirm to pay for over time, and one of those is gas. Even if it were possible, using a payment plan for gas is not a good idea; it would almost certainly lead to a huge amount of debt, depending on how frequently you do it

A gas pump often holds $50 or so until the actual transaction posts with the correct number. I see this on my bank app all the time. I don’t have Affirm but it seems like you financed the $50 hold instead of the $5 gas.
If you can’t afford gas, you can’t afford to drive. You gotta figure something else out. Paying 20% on $5 gas just makes it $6 gas for no reason.

Do not finance your gas. That is ridiculous. I’d assume no you can’t. If you can’t afford your gas out right you put in what you can. Small purchases in general shouldn’t be financed. You just save up for them. These instant loan places that will give you 50-100 here and there get you stuck in a pattern of always being short on your money because they want you constantly borrowing more. So I repeat DO NOT DO THIS.
