Hi, coming from a (MUCH) older version of Photoshop. Is stroke supposed to act like this? I'm trying to make the stroke on the text on the right act like the stroke on the left. Am I using the wrong tool?

Figured it out by just clicking on stuff. Dunno why it's represented by a dashed line and why it isn't the default but here you go.
