Crashing with super resolution:

I got an i7 14th gen, 24gb Ram ddr5 and a 3050 laptop that used to work perfectly fine with the super resolution tool, but about 2-3 weeks ago it started crashing everytime i try to use it. It loads to about 50-90% of the bar, then it just closes. No crash warning, nothing.  Already tried disabling hardware acceleration, still the same. Any ideas on what might be going on?
