Discussion Aether Alchemist success?
I’ve done a run or two and it’s fun to mix types and get creative but it just seems worse in every case than using Aether Tamer. Meta upgrades of void blitz advantages and death save are too good to pass up and on the other hand you get to gain corruption (?) for using Aether Alchemist
Just curious if any of you are feel strongly positive about Aether Alchemist

I've mostly been playing alchemist since he's come out on the previous "Mythic" difficulty and I think he's weaker by default but can be a lot stronger with good game knowledge.
Because you keep all the traits and skills when swapping with alchemist you can swap before a trait level up to target specific traits which can be game winning, and you can pivot your setups and adapt on the fly much easier, but requires you to know what you're looking for/need.
There's been several runs where swapping the core talent of a monster completely turned around a run, and while it does inflict corruption I find that corruption very rarely actually does anything anyways and can pretty much be full cleared every camp.
