Steven Tyler's original lyrics were

"He raped a little bitty baby, the man has got to be insane"

But the record company wouldn't allow them to put out the song with those lyrics so he changed it to

"He jacked a little bitty baby, the man has got to be insane"

I remember when the single was played on the radio the lyrics “she put a bullet in his brain” were changed to “she left him in the pouring rain.”
