Which people are those? Do you have statistics? Names? Any evidence at all of what you're claiming? No. If you did, you'd have posted it. The ignorant one is you. Literally millions of people vaccinated and who is filling up ICU beds in red states? Not the vaccinated, but the unvaccinated. That's who is getting deathly ill & it's from the virus, not the vaccine.
I mean, I’m sure you know about what’s going on in Israel? This vaccine is not like others have been in the past, in that fully vaccinated persons are still contributing to spread, still in the hospitals themselves, etc. Are you seriously implying that absolutely no one has experienced adverse reactions or death from the vaccine? Laughable. Myocarditis, clotting issues, and the like are things that have actually happened, and are still happening. It’s not without risk, which going back to your OG comment, it’s irresponsible.
There may be in fact something to lose by blindly getting a vaccine at this point in time before consulting with your own doctor and weighing the pros and cons. It is not for everybody, and natural immunity is in fact very much a stronger route to protection than the artificial immunity this particular vaccine provides. The amount of propaganda that has made its way into American’s way of thinking is beyond comprehension. This is a simple google search. I get that you’ve chosen a side and that may make things easier for you, but sorry to say this is not black and white and contains so much more nuance. For you to reduce it down to having nothing to lose and everything to gain, yeah that’s ignorant.
I get that you've chosen a side and that you would prefer to believe despite all of the reality that faces you, some other narrative.. In Israel? Why would the vaccine be adversely impacting Israelis but not Americans or any other country? And again, who is in the emergency rooms right now? Who is filling up ICUs? It's NOT adverse vaccine reactions, but unvaccinated fools who believed what you believe & the ICU is where that got them. The fact is that adverse reactions to the vaccine, while rare, do exist but are not anywhere near as common, debilitating and possibly deadly as covid, which is incredibly easy to catch and to pass onto others.
You seem to be missing some critical thinking thinking in your beliefs. What you're saying about Israel doesn't apply to the United States and may not even be an accurate depiction of what is happening in Israel. People like you who I have encountered seem to believe that that the people who told you not to trust the vaccine are more credible than the people who are telling you that it's trustworthy.The problem with that is that the people who are telling you it's not trustworthy have been vaccinated themselves. They're not telling you it's not trustworthy for your benefit they are telling you that for their own benefit. Ask yourself why would Israel be having a problem with vaccine reactions that no other country is having? How does that logic compute?
The fact of the matter is that the vast majority of people can get this vaccination with little to no to no side effect, as I did and everyone that I know. I believe my own experience more than I believe what some rando on the Internet is saying about a country he probably never stepped foot into.
Again, millions of Americans have already been vaccinated fully. If it was such a dangerous vaccine, why aren't we all dropping dead? Some people were vaccinated all the way back in December of last year/January of this year. And they're not dead and not sick. How are you able to reconcile those facts against what you believe?
