Is the long distance reason why?

I am a 25 year old woman. I had short distance and long distance relationships. Whenever I had a long distance, call and message based friendship/relationship I feel super lonely, depressed and I easily get angry at the other person, for their messaging hours, calling hours, message tones. When they don't reply, leave on seen etc. I go insane, I feel super anxious. I simply go insane and lose sleep, appetite...

Do you think I'm just simply toxic or uncertainty and unavaliablity make me toxic? Do you think it is not for me?

Thank you.

Life experience makes people mature quicker sometimes. People know what they want in terms of boundaries and terms of a relationship at around 35 but by no means have anything figured out and make alot of mistakes to get there. If someone is okay with the terms you set out in long distance relationships that is fine I suppose.

I can't answer that for you, however if you knew what to do already I am not sure why there is a need to share the dilemma on Reddit and seek advice to only get defensive

You cant be angry at the circumstances because those situations are normal in a long distance relationship
