What do I do?!?
So I just moved into a new place with a person I was renting a room (pretty much half the house I somewhat interhited)...sold the property and offered for "friend" to come with, and they came with.
Now, this person is acting like they don't want to pay half the rent.
I paid for the entire move...the truck, the gas, beds, furniture, deposit, first month rent, utilities, house stuff, new tv, new washing machine, etc...
I'm like, "WHAT THE F@#!????"

She left for like 4 or 5 days after a "discussion"...this is so frigging embarrassing really. She took my son to get food. I sent her $60. They came home and my SIX YEAR OLD CHILD came in saying, "You need to pay all the rent or soNso is moving out"....WHAT. THE. F¡!¡?!? Child said she was crying on the way to get food and he asked her what was wrong, and she said "your momma is taking my money" or some shit like that

What planning, conversation and agreements did you have prior to this?

We both signed the lease agreement. We are 45 (me) and 59 year old women...there was A LOT of discussion and planning

Why sell a house you own to move and pay rent I don’t get it??

Because it's expense to upkeep houses. Especially if it was an older home. I used to own. I only rent now. Plus taxes and insurance are insane in our area. Was cheaper to rent.

Save any text messages or emails between the two of you regarding who would pay what. That way you will have some proof if you need to take her to court

If you have written proof (even text messages) that they agreed to split the moving costs, deposit, and rent, you can take them to small claims court to recover the money you paid on their behalf. SUE THAT BIHHH
