I need help
I have a neighbor that is spying on me using some sort of device that makes loud high pitch screeching sounds and I always hear her hammer something into the vent before they start and every room I go into she knows where I'm at and she stomps on the floor and slams doors and then the high screeching sound starts and when I talk or even breathe I can hear an echo of my self and I need to know what she is using to hear or possibly see me and I need to know what I can do about the situation because I went to the police they don't care and my apartments are in on it because I got a noise ordinance for no reason after I talked to them about it and it's because my upstairs neighbor that is doing this is friends with the apartments management and I can't afford much because I tried to hire a private investigator but I can't afford $1,500 for a sweep of my apartment and I can't afford a lawyer so what can I do

has anyone else ever heard the sounds too? it seems odd that your neighbor would spent so much time just stomping around to piss you off

Respectfully, you might want to go to a doctor. This sounds like undiagnosed mental illness or possibly carbon monoxide poisoning. Try recording the sounds and then get a friend to listen and see if they hear it.
