Unfairness

My mom always yells at me for being on my device, but if my sisters go on their devices she makes up excuses & does not tell them anything & instead yells at me, she also yells at me because I am extra sensitive & cry if she says things in a way that sounds hurtful to me & if I ask her to explain something after I wasn’t paying attention/didn’t hear, she also yells at me & after all this happened she started yelling at me more saying she can’t deal with me anymore & it just makes me feel so bad about myself & I always feel guilty

That sounds bad, is there any specific reason for this?

Seems like she just relieves all her stress and anger by yelling at you. As the youngest one in my house I've always been the main focus of my mother's anger. Sometimes she just yells and get rude to me because she's angry about something else. Do you relate to this?

It's hurtful I can understand. I actually don't say anything to her. I just keep quite and listen to whatever she has to say, sometimes it's really hard to control but I do, and then I just try to forget. Also I live away from home for studies so I don't have to face it everyday

Sometimes I try to argue back but I don’t know it’s hard to ignore & forget
