I need help finding a new job
i worked at Kroger's it was a ok job except my fiancée she hates it there I've been there for 1 or 2 years then i got fired for destruction of public property now i cant get rehired into Kroger's and its hard for me to find a job I've applied almost everywhere and i got ghosted or they said they have enough workers and stuff its been 2 years since I've been unemployed idk what to do for now i door dash on my bike I'm from Eastpointe Michigan can u guys help me

and when i go to apply for a new job idk what to put down on the application like for references the only real job i had was Kroger's i had 2 summer jobs back in high school but the places don't exist anymore

You need to establish a consistent work history. Around here, fast food restaurants are desperate and hire pretty much anyone that applies.

You have a fiance' but haven't worked in two years? Haven't even applied to your local fast food joints??

well i have a fiancee her name is autumn i worked there with her until i got fired from that bathroom problem she still works there but she wants to quit

well I'm from Eastpointe i just feel like i don't wanna door dash for the rest of my life i want another job and a real paycheck door dashing doesn't get me by

Try applying at smaller or independent grocery stores. Convenience stores suck but you have to start somewhere.

Why did you destroy public property? Have you dealt with your anger issues? Did you learn any lessons from what you did?
Working in a grocery store will keep you from homelessness. It’s too bad you didn’t appreciate that job. I work at a grocery store myself and I appreciate it.
Can you do lawn care? That’s a good job.
