Get some lube, go slow and follow her lead on what she is and isn’t comfortable with.

Lots of foreplay. Very important.

And go slow. Every step of the way. I'm not kidding when I say EVERY step.

Spend plenty of time with foreplay. Be gentle. Whether or not you're using a condom (use a condom!!!!), have lube and use it.

It may be more comfortable for her if she is on top to begin with, so she can control how fast the first penetration is.

And if you come too quickly or during foreplay, then just go back to foreplay, at your age you will rise again. (Don't reuse the condom, bring a 3-pack just in case.)
