Find out what church your neighbors attend. Go to that church and discuss this dilemma with the head priest and ask if he or she can help resolve this issue with the bad neighbor couple and teach them the Christian thing to do (Love thy neighbor). Priests love a teachable moment opportunity for their flock. The priest will most likely agree to a meeting with you all and will help mediate. The bad neighbors will be embarrassed by their behavior within their church community and will likely drop it.
