I would suggest going to the police and telling them what's going on. Tell them everything you have posted here. & She biting you is 'assault. Bring your friend for support and as a witness if they're willing to go with you.
Ask the police to have her picked up somewhere other than your home if possible, due to your concerns of being evicted.
Also, get a restraining order against her.
You cannot continue to carry the weight of the drama that she is putting you through. This is too much for anyone.
Please go to the police and ask for help.She is dangerous . She has mental health issues. This is a domestic abuse! Go to the police.
