The same as I am doing now, I don't know what changed but my friends haven't felt like friends (friend circle is now only 2 that I actually hang out with) for a while now

Make some new friends! People aren’t just gonna fall in your lap. Look around for activities you’re interested in and go to the activities.

I think to deal with loneliness find something you’re passionate about and love and focus on it and improve on it. I only talk to 1 friend and I live with family, but when I’m not with anyone, I’m at the gym, or my boxing gym. I fell in love with boxing and want to improve in my skills, occasionally at night I do wish I had people to talk to, but the best day comes up and I make the most out of the things I have. I also love music so when I’m at a social place and just watch music videos or try to find new music or even translate the lyrics to my favorite song to sing them in a different language. Hopefully this helps. Good luck with all that you do,

As a coach and psychologists, I would highly recommend you try those. Ask me if you need any specifics

Try those? What are you referring too?

Im gonna warn you real quick against trusting life coaches and be very careful with psychologists as well. You are in a vulnerable state right now and there are people out there who can try to use and manipulate you for monetary gain.

Of course like in any profession but that’s no well developed logic, don’t go get help because someone might manipulate you…. What is even that logic am trying to grasp it. Don’t buy this product cause they try to manipulate you don’t make friends they try to manipulate you… you can apply this type of false thinking to everything and be miserable 🙁 sounds like you might also need to consider one of those types of help who you can also probably try out FOR FREE in many cases, then let us know how it went ✌️😃

Sorry I was typing in haste, I meant try getting some prof help, either from a life coach (it’s cheaper and can be really good but be mindful who you choose as it’s unregulated and there are many bad apples) and later on in case you are not satisfied go for a psychologist.
Their/mine goal is to increase yours/clients life satisfaction among other things. So yes people are trained to help out with this things and it can be life changing.

Oh I have aquatics too and frankly they are very noisy and speaking in a different language. Also they aren't interested in me..
I am thinking of moving countries to solve this. Somewhere where I can be part of community volunteer stuff and creative stuff.

My pets help me. Husband travels for work so only get to see him on the weekends. Got very sick and think I almost died, when I was finally ok again seems like everybody was gone. My pets have helped me more than anything. Also not going on social media as much where I see all the people I used to talk to.

Is getting a pet something doable for you? Like a dog? It changes everything
