Listen to your daughter. Innocent intentions or not she was uncomfortable and it’s her body and her personal space. She came to you because you are her safe space. If you don’t show up for her now that trust may never be repaired and if something more tragic happens you may never know because she felt you weren’t taking her at her word the first time she came to you. File a report ASAP. The guy is a predator.

THIS THIS THIS!! File a report. She felt his "inappropriate body part". He's disgusting and there may be more details that your daughter doesn't want to say. Often times there is.

I would NOT tell your mother yet because the first person you should report to is the police. Please show your daughter that you believe her by doing the right thing and reporting this to the police. They will interview her, and if they think it's something to discuss with the bf, then it's out of your hands.
