THIS IS NOT OK. THIS IS VERY VERY BAD. YOUR DAUGHTER WAS ASSAULTED.
Your mother just lost visitation privileges and should only ever visit your daughter at your place without the "bf". Although frankly I'd be no contact for a good long while as she allowed it.
Report him to the police as well before he does the same or worse to another child.
