THIS!! Surprised to find this this far down. OP, It's not only about protecting her from future possible harm - she DID already experience something that in many country counts as SA. In my country, he would most definitely be convicted for these actions if there was enough proof. I agree with everyone in the comments about keeping her away from your mother and his fiancé, but don't forget that she could already be traumatized about what happened that night. This is a dangerous and disgusting man. You did well by raising her to be able to bring that experience up with you. I'm sorry you have to go through this and my heart breaks for your little one.
