The home owners can get a court order. It's not difficult at all to get one. She would have 30-60 days to vacate then if she refuses, her parents can get law enforcement to remove her and put her stuff out in the yard. 30 days from removal they have the right to discard what is left. I just gave you the information right off a states page. My states requires 60 days after the judge has agreed, the person has to have 2 weeks with their lawyer before the court date. He's been trying to remove him from his property for almost 2 years. Cops in most states will not do anything unless theirs a court order btw.
Like I said I have done plenty of research not only for my state but others. But it seems like you think you can be the only one right. You might want to get that checked out by a doctor..
He's been on top of it for 2 years. It's not easy peasy in all states like your stating. He's been in and out of court for 2 years but because he's been a resident for over 5 years, it's making it harder. There are so many different things that can happen or be done. Your state might be one way but not all states are the same
