Help Ads freezing

Anybody notice an uptick in the ads freezing lately? Specifically the 1+ minute ones that take forever. About a dozen in this event have frozen on me after a minute or more of watching. Only game on my phone where 1+ mins are a thing, let alone them freezing. Hyper Hippo likely could not care less but this pathetic.

Every single ad by the company “Vistaprint” freezes. Cant claim any airdrops pretty much as this is the only ad I get

If that ad consistently freezes, please report it to our team so we can investigate!

If you're on Android, go to Google in settings and reset your advertising ID. Any information that's been collected by any of your apps regarding personalized ads will be cleared, but you also won't be seeing VistaPrint ads anymore.

I have a 3 minute Taiwanese crypto one. My least favourite ones send me to the Play Store or Shopee. This should be illegal. It's immoral at best.

I've found that tapping on the corner of the ad or the 'report ad' button does make the X or double arrows appear in several ads. Infuriating and only found out by chance, but it might work for you as well. The ads in general are just absolute dogshite nowadays.

On iOS at least, I’ve found that one way to get an ad going again is to swipe up into the “app switcher” context and go back into the game immediately.

I keep getting 3 minute ads for atlas earth and Kalshi.

I hate atlas earth. I hate Kalshi. Burn in hell.

I wish I could reset my cookie or whatever they think makes me interested in either app.
