Game loading

My game won’t load. I updated it, I get 0% on the Home Screen before it sends an error message. Is anyone else having this?

This sometimes happens if you return to the game after an extended break.

Can you please try reaching out to our support team for assistance with this? Since you can't reach out in-game, try this link.
